3. Key Limitations & Disclaimers

3.1 Coaching

• Coaching provides guidance, strategies, and practice but does not guarantee any specific test score or outcome.
• Progress depends on numerous factors outside our control, including your baseline proficiency, study habits, attendance, and exam‑day conditions.
• Class schedules, trainers, or curricula may change without prior notice; reasonable efforts will be made to communicate updates.

3.2 Practice Portal

• AI scores are indicative, not official. They approximate Pearson scoring rubrics but are neither endorsed by nor affiliated with Pearson PLC.
• Portal availability may be disrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. We strive for > 99 % uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• Browser compatibility and internet speed can affect performance; you are responsible for ensuring suitable hardware, software, and connectivity.

3.3 Supplied Content

All materials are for personal, non‑commercial educational use only. Redistribution, resale, recording, or public display without written consent is prohibited.

• While we aim for accuracy, content may contain typographical errors or become outdated. We do not warrant the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information provided.
• External links are given for convenience; we are not responsible for third‑party sites or resources.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services and all underlying content are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors, protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. "Best PTE Coaching" and related marks are our trademarks and may not be used without prior consent.

6. Payments, Refunds & Validity

• Fees, currencies, and course durations are stated at checkout. All sales are final unless a written refund policy appears on the specific product page.
• Access to the practice portal and class recordings is valid only for the period purchased (e.g., 1‑ or 2‑month plans) and expires automatically.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or relating to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability shall in no event exceed the total amount you paid to us for the Services giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, and Sections 3, 4, 7, 8, 12, and 13 survive.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time. We will endeavor to give reasonable notice for material changes that negatively affect paid users.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to the Services.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top will change accordingly. Continued use after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Query and Trainer Interaction Policy

14.1 Authorized Channel for Queries – All questions related to PTE‑Academic preparation must be raised exclusively during the scheduled live classes (online or in‑person) or through the written discussion tools provided within the class platform. Queries submitted by any other means or at any other time will not be entertained.

14.2 No Query Support for Self‑Learning Products – Users who purchase self‑learning or "content‑only" packages acknowledge that the offering is strictly non‑interactive. Trainer feedback, doubt‑clearing, or one‑to‑one support is not included in such plans.

14.3 Registered Student‑Only Interaction – Only the individual whose name appears on the enrollment record may communicate with us regarding course content or progress. We will not respond to inquiries from parents, spouses, friends, or other third parties, even if payment was made on the student’s behalf.

14.4 No Off‑Schedule Access to Trainers – Meetings, calls, or messaging with trainers outside the officially published training timetable are strictly prohibited. The Company shall have no obligation to arrange or honor any unscheduled interaction.

14.5 Institute Business Hours – The Company’s administrative and academic support desks are available only during official working hours: 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Indian Standard Time (IST), Monday through Friday. No support—whether by phone, e‑mail, instant message, or in person—will be provided on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays observed in Telangana, India. Any communication received outside the stated hours will be logged and treated as received at 10:00 a.m. on the next working day.

By accessing or using **any part of the Services—including, without limitation, the AI Practice Portal, live or recorded coaching sessions, downloadable materials, and all other paid or free content made available on or through this website—you (i) confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and (ii) expressly agree, on behalf of yourself and any entity you represent, to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept every provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must refrain from accessing or using the Services.
